Company News:  
The Corporate Golf team attended the 2007 PGA Show in late January, and saw new products that still aren't available in retail pro shops, but we've been so busy since our return that we barely had time to write about SOME of the highlights.  Check out our current newsletter -- such as it is.

We did, however, update our brand pages to show as many new products for 2007 as we could -- including some of the offerings from our new brands, Sport-Haley fine women's apparel, Adidas Golf, and SDI outerwear.

One of the things keeping us so busy lately is our work on the First Annual Sol Melia Invitational, to be held April 1 to 4 at the Paradisus Puerto Rico and Coco Beach Golf Course.  We're managing the golf tournament at this event for meeting and incentive planners (and supplying the official shirts).  The Paradisus Punta Cana, a sister property, so impressed us (see our Latest Site Visit Report), that we're delighted to be part of the team for the Invitational. 

We'll write as soon as we can about the Sol Melia Invitational, and about some of what we missed in our 2007 PGA Show report. 

Local News:
Congratulations to our client, the Revlon Charity Golf Tournament, for raising over $179,000 to benefit Rex Mobile Mammography!   Karen Schlett, Frank Evaldi, Denise Fabiscewski, and their tournament committee outdid themselves with this wonderful event on October 23, 2006.  Once again, this amazing team not only generated the kind of charity proceeds that most tournaments can only dream of, but did it while holding down full-time management jobs at Revlon's production plant in Oxford, NC.  It's a pleasure and an inspiration to work with them.
Rex Mobile Mammography brings the equipment needed for early detection of breast cancer to areas where women have difficulty accessing healthcare services for financial reasons or lack of transportation.  Revlon is a staunch supporter of women's health issues.  (So go buy some of their great makeup!)

Upcoming:  The editor of Successful Meetings/Meeting News magazines will be at the Sol Melia Invitational, so watch for stories about the event in their upcoming issues.
Recent coverage:  The January/February issue of Golf Event magazine's article on choosing logo gifts for your golf tournament featured Corporate Golf and our products.  Meeting News magazine included Corporate Golf's top tips for avoiding tournament disasters; Meetings & Conventions magazine's annual golf supplement featured our recommendations for booking a celebrity for your golf outing or other corporate event -- without spending a fortune.
